this is a sign to explain how to not hurt yourself while lifting. In the sign I find a pig telling me to tighten my pelvis.
I didn't know how to tighten my pelvis and since I am a smart guy, I thought this was pretty funny since these instructions need to be interpreted by the average joe. Anyway, now that I researched it and I know that they are talking about Kegel muscles, usually associated with a woman's wahoo, I really think this poster is funny. It is a christmas present for my brother who is a safety nut. Also, I expected a poster, but it is a really nice big plastic sign. Very cute.
